This class will include seasonal vegetables, roasting techniques, and easy-to-learn brining. The main course is still TBD but may include whole roasted and brined farm raised chicken or pork loin over winter root vegetables with brown butter and whipped sweet potatoes with Chipotle mascarpone.  A very wintery meal you can make at home!” -Chef Steph
