Create a lasting memory at The Bell House Wimberley.  We are perfectly designed to help you celebrate birthdays, holiday parties, baby showers, anniversary celebrations, family gatherings, graduation parties, house concerts, etc.

Afternoon/Evening Events:

  • Saturday: $3500 and includes all of the following

    • 7 hours of venue access

      • 2-hour set up and 1-hour breakdown

      • 4-hour event time

      • Additional hours may be booked upon request

  • Capacity for up to 45 people

  • Large specialty doors that open for an indoor/outdoor experience

  • Control 4 audio/visual system

    65-inch Art TV on a movable arm for video, presentations, and slideshows

    Multi-room indoor and outdoor premium ceiling speakers for music, TV, or PA

    Handheld or wireless microphones available upon request

  • House manager on-site during event

  • Friday: $3000 and includes all listed above

  • Sunday through Thursday: $2500 and includes all listed above

  • Reduced pricing available for booking additional events within adjoining timeframes

Morning/Afternoon events (three-hour minimum, event must conclude by 1:00 p.m. on Fri. or Sat.):

  • Sunday through Thursday: $400 per hour, and includes everything listed above

  • Friday: $450 per hour and includes everything listed above

  • Saturday: $500 per hour and includes everything listed above
